Key Responsibilities:
1. Participate actively in development of electronics together with R&D team Europe.
2. Support R&D team Europe for design improvements during NPI stage.
3. Cooperate with the R&D team Europe and Manufacturing team China; give suggestions for DFM from design side.
4. Participate in development of test equipment.
5. Implementation of test equipment in production.
6. Give PDS (Post Design Support) to the R&D team Europe, for example, monitor failures and failure rate in production; provide suggestions for engineering changes to help improve production capability.
7. Give technical support to manufacturing team China to analyze the root cause of deficiencies and defects in production and constantly improve design and production yield.


Requirements:
1. University graduate in electronics field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as electronics R&D engineer, better have experience in both hardware and software
3. Rich design experience in Programmable MCU application
4. Knowledge for C, Assembly Language or Java is definitely a plus
5. Experience in the R&D field of RFID is also a good plus
6. Fluent written English is must, and fluent spoken English is preferred
7. Rich knowledge of NPI from prototyping to mass production
8. Ability and interest to broaden technical knowledge
9. Flexibility, adaptability and high personal motivation for work
