- For our Industry Sector in BEIJING,we are looking for a (SFAE)西门子工厂自动化工程有限公司Strategic Procurement 战略采购.

What are my responsibilities?

1. To organize, control, and monitor external material sourcing activities with 3rd party suppliers, in compliance with business conduct and company regulation.

2. Procurement in Project Business: To ensure projects implementation smoothly, in line with purchasing process and business conducts guideline. work out procurement plan together with sales/project manager. Select supplier and negotiate for the best total cost(price, delivery time, payment term, etc.)

3. Supplier Management : Support supplier manager to fulfill supplier annual evaluation and set up development plan for approved supplier. Negotiate frame contract with supplier for the best terms and conditions. Support relative party to eliminate problems/troubles regarding external material procurement

during project life-cycle.

4. Procurement Reporting: Provide a consistent database of figures that can be used for analyses, statistics and publication. Provide the cost saving report monthly.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor's degree or higher level of education, automation or engineering background preferred.

2. 2~5 years experience of industry procurement, purchasing or Supply Chain Management related.

3. Good written and oral English skills.

4. Good communication and negotiation skills.

What else do I need to know?

1. Procurement or Supply chain management knowledge.

2. MS-Office (Excel) knowledge.

3. Industry product knowledge.
