Job Description:

Accountable for the overall Online Sales Center (OSC) business in China, as measure by unit and MSS contribution.
OSC business is subset of country goal, combination of the direct influence to and indirect business generation with partners.
Responsible to define business strategy, priority and go-to-market partner program with local teams.
Expected to cover key accounts directly and synergize with partners.
Partner with reseller team to grow business.
Direct Lead-generation team (sales cloud) to drive any necessary country lead-generation and qualification program.
The candidate will report to OSC Sales Manager.



Qualifications:

Bachelor or above degree holder, preferably in Business or Engineering,
5 years of working experience,
High caliber salesperson with experience in sector ,
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills,
Experience sales person in inside sales / channel, especially online, will be preferred,
Experience managing 3rd party lead qualification vendors,
English and Mandarin fluency is a must.
