Job Description

1. Application of software quality assurance for the assigned projects

2. Create the software Quality Assurance plan and define additional SW quality objectives (project or customer specific, if required)

3. Approve the tailoring of the process

4. Review the Software Development Plan, including Software Test Strategy

5. Plan, participate, moderate and track milestone reviews for Software release

6. Participate in technical software reviews

7. Monitor the review information, work products, support documents etc. to verify whether projects are developing according to plan

8. Support project team in all software quality and process related activities

9. Evaluate Software metrics

10. Report the software quality assurance status

11. Support Software process improvement activities

12. Support piloting and roll-out of new processes

13. Support risk management

14. Drive management decision for critical releases

15. Escalate problems that cannot be solved within the project team

16. Co-ordinate customer/internal audits(software relevant) and assure follow-up on improvement actions

17. Perform internal process-, configuration management audits

18. Perform software anomaly analysis and propose improvement actions

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor of software/information engineering or communication engineering degree

2. Experience in the Automotive Industry is preferred

3. More than 3 years experience in software quality assurance

4. Good knowledge about embedded product software and test

5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a technical environment, multiple projects/customers and cross locations

6. Familiar with C programming language preferred

7. Fluent English communication

8. Advanced people communication skill
