Job Description

1. Manage customer requirement and implementation status

2. Ensure maximum reuse of software platform and integrate for customization

3. Take responsibility for software version configuration and management

4. Coordinate with test team to fulfill the integration test and requirement verification;

5. Release software package with well-written documentation

6. Lead the software project team with focus on delivery, quality and cost

7. Act as the technical contract interface for the customer

8. Coordinate with project manager, operation manager, quality assurance, sales and engineering teams

Job Requirement

1. University degree in electrical engineering, computer science, automotive engineering, or comparable;

2. More than 5 years software development experience in embedded system development;

3. More than 2 years project management experience in automotive area;

4. Experience in embedded software development process;

5. Good written and spoken English skills;

6. Experience in following aspects is a plus(Functional safety eg. ISO26262, AUTOSAR architecture, XCP development and application,UDS protocol ISO15031-5 and ISO14229-1 development, OSEK COM, OSEK Network Management)

7. Knowledge on hybrid electric vehicle
