职位描述
Job Summary
? Attracting and retaining the best talent within the whole staffing process.
? Assist to set up efficient company organizational structure, and optimize company human resources.
? Ensuring compliance with corporate governance & labor law.
? Advising Managers on counseling employees regarding performance issues
? Liaising with other support functions
? Advising staff on HR policy
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
? Consolidate the manpower annual budget and work out the hiring plan accordingly.
? Keep good working relationship with newspaper/agencies, headhunting to source all kinds of high caliber candidates.
? Ensure smoothly working process for staffing, pre-on boarding, new hire orientation, exit, etc.
? Monitor the data accuracy.
? Responsible for interview and offering process of the high level positions.
? Monthly headcount report and attrition rate analysis which need provide to HQ & functional department.
? According to company's objectives, recommend, develop and schedule training and employee development courses.
? Administer daily compensation and benefit.
? Re-evaluate job grade & pay scheme vs key job responsibilities
? Develop long term incentive scheme for medical support staff
? Prepare rolling forecast table and other analysis on SWB monthly, provide any insights for mgt. review
? Renew labor contract for local staff
? Well monitor local staff social benefits filing
Qualifications
? 8 years HR experience in a fast-face growing joint-venture company preferred.
? Principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
? Business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
? Principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
? Laws, legal codes, court procedures, preced3ents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process.
? Human behavior and performance, individual differences in ability, personality, and interests, learning and motivation, psychological research methods, and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders.
? Human resources program development to attract, reward and retain employees.
? Resources available for referral of employees and how to quickly diffuse a critical situation .
Abilities
? Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
? Combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events)
? Shift back and forth between two or more activities or sources of information (such as speech, sounds, touch, or other sources)
? Concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted.
? Organized and team player.
? Management experience.
? English / Chinese spoken language.
? Detailed oriented.
? Holds accountability for confidential information.
