-For our Energy Management Division in JINSHAN,we are looking for a PQE/产品质量工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

-Judge ISIR with relate department and monitor “trial run” process to ensure parts quality.

-Quality planning in new project including quality requirements in FS, test plan, APQP etc.

-Define quality requirement and make control plan for incoming part, process and product;

-Monitor and control product quality to achieve KPI setting (FPY, ACBD, RQ and ACAD);

-Analyze and solve product quality issues with quality tools and P.D.C.A way;

-Perform quality prevention activities like FMEA, SPC etc. to continuously improve the quality of process and product

-Support CS to analyze customer complaint product and do improvement.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-Bachelor degree above major in electronics, mechanic, materials or relate;

-Be familiar with the products and standard of low voltage;

-2 yrs experience and successful cases in quality management and improvement;

-Good English in writing and oral.

What else do I need to know?

-Strong problem solving ability, communication skills, excellent analytical skills and strong quality tool skills, like SPC, 8D-report and FMEA etc.
