Through our VWRCATALYST program, VWR provides a broad variety of on-site laboratory services to pharma, consumer and industrial customers. We are looking for a project and innovation manager to support our growing business in China.

Key Tasks
You perform analysis of scientific support related processes in and around customer laboratories
You develop innovative solutions to improve existing processes, help deploying ?Lean“ concepts and increase customer productivity
You guide and support site service teams in implementing new processes
You are working closely with customer and VWR on-site teams , and take leadership on certain innovation projects across wide range of lab related tasks :
Lab Supplies Management, Inventory & Ordering
General Lab Support tasks
Lab Equipment related tasks
Lab Bench related tasks
General work safety and work quality
You will work closely with our global VWRCATALYST teams on best-practice-sharing and best-practice-transfer initiatives


Your Profile 
Scientific degree (chemistry / biology) and several years of laboratory experiences; Working experiences at MNCs is a plus.
Prooven Project Management Skills
Lean Lab Experience, GMP / GLP Knowledge
English and Chinese language
