Major Responsibilities 主要职责

1. Participation into definition of BFP Testbed process and design of test pipe
Based on the design documents from design institute,define BFP Testbed test process; installation and runing process.
Design test pipes at suction and discharge side as well as coupling for ordered BFP pumps;
Work with automation engineer to complete the automation realization of the upgraded BFP test bed.
参与制定BFP试验台位的试验程序编制
根据设计院的材料，制定试验台位试验程序，试验设备安装与运行规范
为合同泵进行进口、出口试验管路以及试验联轴器的设计
与自动工程师一起实现试验台的自动化测试

2. Cooperate with project manager to finish the BFP test bed upgraded project on time, special in process part.
配合项目经理完成BFP试验台位的改造项目，特别是试验程序部分

3. Design test pipes for ordered pumps at various test bed.
According to test standard ISO9906 and GB3216,design test pipe and test parts if required
在各种试验台上，为合同泵设计试验管路
根据ISO9906和GB3216进行合同泵的试验管路设计

4. Improvement and upgrading of current test beds
Based on test standard,impove current test pipe and test facilities
According to investment plan,complete the upgrading of existing test bed on time
改进和升级现有试验台
按照试验标准，改进现有试验台的试验管路和试验设施
根据投资计划，按时完成现有试验台的升级改造

Requirtment:

Education 教育程度
College or above and major in hydraulic or fluid machinery
具有专科或以上学历，水力或流体机械专业
Professional Experience
- more than 5 years experience
- working experience in medium or large manufacturing company, especially in pump industry
专业工作经验
5年以上工作经验
有中大型制造型企业，尤其是在泵制造行业的工作经验

Qualification and skills
- Certificated Engineer
- Good communication skill
- Experience in team leading
- Computer skill (familiar with Office and Auto-CAD) UG will be plus
- Familiar with pump test technology
- Familiar with related test standards for performance test
- Familiar with related test standards of vibration and noisy measurement
- Familiar with pump test processes
- Good English skill

- 良好的电脑操作能力（熟练掌握Office及AUTO-CAD软件）如有UG使用经验将更好
- 熟悉水泵测试技术
- 熟悉泵性能试验相关标准

- 良好的英语沟通能力
