1. Responsible for our current business maintenance and new business development depend on the group sale strategic.

依据集团销售战略维持现有客户，并发展新客户。

2. Assist GM to make sales budget plan yearly, responsible for the sales target, prime margin achievement, pay attention to the situation of accounts receivable.

协助总经理制订年度销售预算计划，负责销售指标，毛利率的达成，关注应收账款的状态。

3. Responsible for Beijing,Tianjin,Guangdong,Shenyang,Hebei’s business negotiation, the important customers visiting and communication. 重点负责国内北京、天津、广东、沈阳、河北等销售区域的项目谈判，重要客户的拜访。

4. Analysis the market trends, collecting and reporting customer operations and competitor’s activities.

分析市场趋势，汇集及报告客户运作及竞争动手的动向。

5. Keep a good communication with the group and other entities in China , execute the price policy and strategic of Group .

与集团及集团下属机构保持良好沟通，执行总部价格政策与战略。

6. Lead our sales team, maintains and development contacts and relationships with our current customers, receiving enough order to achieving the sales target.

领导销售团队，保持与发展与现有客户的关系和沟通，获得足够定单以支持完成销售目标。

7.Make a good communication with other department , deliver customer requirements , complains or other information to relevant department on time， making the solution together .

与其他部分保持良好沟通，及时传递客户要求，投诉及其他信息至相关部门，共同制定解决方案。

8. Other items from GM directly. 其他由总经理指定事项。

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or above, majored in Mechanic or Science or Economics ;
2 .Over 30 years old;
3.above 5 years sales experience with stainless steel or nickel alloy , know the stainless steel industry of China very well and be sensitive with market info, be able to develop or extend business independently;

4. Good at communication, has a strong negotiation skill with the customers.

5 .Outgoing, easy to get along with, skilled in public relationships, being capable of relationship and team building
6 .Proficient in MS Office, understanding on drawing or cost control is a plus;
7 .Be willing to travel frequently;
8 .Good English listening, speaking and writing.
