GENERAL SUMMARY:

·Responsible for providing Email support to customers for some supply chain management software products.

·Provide needed assistance to ensure that inquires is effectively and efficiently resolved.

·Perform general diagnostics and trouble shooting

·Utilize analytical information gathering techniques to identify need(s)

·Perform severity assessment and problem classification form information obtained

·Resolve general application usage problems

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

·At least one year of software programming experience (and/or equivalent course work) and a sound knowledge base of the following technologies:

oDevelopment platforms – experience with one or more of the following languages: C/C++, Java, VB, .NET, SQL.

oOperation systems – experience with Windows and Unix operating systems

oRelational database – experience with Oracle and SQL Server

·Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.

·Excellent problem solving skills, particularly with regard to anticipating and solving problems, issues, or concerns before they occur or become critical.

·Strong written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills with customers.

·Able to work effectively both alone and in team/cooperative development efforts.

·Able to learn supply chain concepts and progress in technical and general business skills.

·Posses a friendly, compassionate, and outgoing demeanor.

1. 熟悉C/C++/JAVA/Database 等技术;
2. 熟悉数据库SQL Server/Oracle
3. 知道Unix/Linux shell 脚本编写；
4. 有良好的调试能力；
5. 良好的沟通能力，能独立完成工作；
6. 计算机专业毕业，英语读写流利；
