职位描述
工作职责：
- 带领保险渠道运营团队执行销售渠道/代理的管理工作；
- 与法务合规部门，建立渠道管理规则并执行；
- 负责监控并确保所有销售流程合规；
- 调研渠道的市场动态，提出维护或终止渠道关系的合理化建议；
- 在系统中输入渠道信息，分类进行管理；
- 与销售和法务合规部门一起，发现并解决非合规销售模式；
- 同保险运营经理一起，根据预期销售业绩和模式，规划渠道管理团队人员需求，确保对渠道进行有效管理；
- 维护渠道数据，准备部门各项报告，分析渠道业绩，包括佣金、对账等；
- 收集渠道管理对于系统的改进需求，提交给开发部门；
- 上级交待的其他工作和任务。
招聘要求:
- 两年以上的保险渠道管理经验或旅游业工作经验；
- 熟悉保险法和保监会相关规定者更佳；
- 熟练的普通话和英文；
- 优秀的人际关系处理能力和数据分析能力；
- 能适应在压力下工作；
- 时间管理能力；
- 熟练使用电脑。
