Responsibility:
1.1. Indemnification of the development quality and the product quality throughout all stages of the processed projects
1.2. Provide reviews concerning the degree of maturity of the project (review of status, milestone, gate and approval) according to guidelines of the project or clients and planning, conducting and if required supervising, according to internal guidelines
1.3. Observe and report the status of quality of the developing products, recognize deviations from the target and initiate and track arrangements
2.1. Define, develop, optimize and document process
2.2. Communicate process to the employees and instruct them if required
2.3. Tailor, supervise and indemnify process of the development projects
2.4. Provide and publish lists of approval
3.1. Coordinate all arrangements and activities concerning the improvement of the QM-system and supervision of the transformation
3.2. Realize internal and external audits and report to the manager of the location
3.3. Define, initiate and promote arrangements that improve the quality
3.4. Indemnify and continuously improve the QM-system
4.1. Plan, conduct and document audits (audits of clients, audits of process,) within the framework of the projects or the supervision of the series production, if required
4.2. of the certification according to the ISO/TS 16949
4.3. Basic planning and coordination of internal and external assessments
5.1. Analysis of the client's request in the matter of quality
5.2. Public relation with clients & marketing and constant contact person for clients as well as for Conti-intern / supplier in the matter of quality
5.3. Clarification of problems with clients as well as problems within the project team (clarify the matter of quality with clients)

Requirement:
1. Basic knowledge of SW, HW, Mechatronics, commercial
2. Expertise in quality and process management
3. Usage of MS Office Products
4. Knowledge of the English language, orally and written.
5. Wide knowledge of development and product quality, as well as the field of QM-systems according ISQ/TS 16949
6. Studies of Automotive engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science or similar training
7. Experience in quality management in the field of automotive, experience with products of the field of automotive, more than 3 years work experience
8. Social skills concerning contact with clients and leading teams, readiness of mind with problems and solution development, structural, independent and timely working
9. Willingness to travel
