Responsibilities:
1. Policy deployment
1.1 Deploy global CBS vision to tactical implement plan in region China (19 plants, 24 BUs).
2. Training
2.1 Provide CBS methodology/tool training and project coaching to China management team, Plant managers and on site CBS managers.
3. CBS Academy
3.1 Establish and maintain CBS academy in region China.
4. Best Practice sharing
4.1 Organize annual China CBS coach’s workshops to build up CI expert network, best practice sharing among plants.
5. Project
5.1 Responsible for annual regional CBS project evaluation and award.
6. Culture
6.1 Organize annual China CBS Day
Requirement:
1. Knowledge
1.1 Lean/CBS Knowledge - Standardwork, 5S, Visual Management, Workplace Design, Policy Deployment, Problem Solving (Methodical).
1.2 Lean/CBS Knowledge - Jidoka, LCA, VSD, Frontloading, Gemba Walk (Methodical).
1.3 Lean/CBS Knowledge - TPM, Network Collaboration, Lean Product Design (Methodical).
1.4 Coaching (Specialized).
1.5 English (Specialized).
1.6 Office tools (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
2. Experience
2.1 Bachelor degree or above in Industrial Engineering.
2.2 8 years of learn manufacturing experience, including 3 or more years of implementation experience across multiple sites.
2.3 3 years experience in Coaching Lean projects.
2.4 2 years experience in Leading Changes.
2.5 Collaboration with international teams.
