Report to:Maintenance Manager
Location:Qingpu Shanghai

Responsibilities:
1.Servicing of and troubleshooting for existing installations to ensure their functionality.
2.Developing project proposals and plans.
3.Planning,designing, coordinating,and startup of the installations based on project schedule,budget.
4.Modification,assessment and optimisation of installations to support the continuous improvement process.
5.Coordinating the work performed by external constractors or internal staff in the area of responsibility.
6.Document establishment and management.
7.Assist in planning and controlling of the annual CAPEX and the expense budget.
8.Constantly keep himself up-to-date in his area of responsibility and implement innovations
9.Participate in contractor management.

Requirements:
1.College degree or above with major in mechanical engineer with good knowledge in maintenance,design and project management.
2.Skilled use of 3D AutoCAD,Navisworks, Microsoft Project software.
3.Ability multi-task and work under pressure.
4.Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a team player.
5.Customer focused attitude.
6.Good command of English – oral and written.
7.Good communication skills.
