GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Windows system engineer works for a lead US investment firm from Bleum’s Shanghai office. His/her primary job is to provide technical support on MS Exchange server to customer, meanwhile he also needs to support client’s AD, Windows server and VMs.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Monitor Windows infrastructure hardware, operating systems through monitoring tools, alert emails.
? Respond to customer’s technical request through email/phone, help on trouble shooting and fixing technical issues
? System installation, setup, migration, automation.
? Provide technical support on MS Exchange Server, AD, Windows server, VMs, etc.
? Status reporting on to Infrastructure Administration Manager and Customer.
? Willing to work in morning shift (7:00 – 16:00) or night shift (from 12:00 – 21:00) with appropriate extra compensation
? Recognize and adhere to Bleum’s Corporate Culture




REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Competencies: Skills, Knowledge, Abilities
Functional Competencies:
? 5+ years of windows system administration experience, preferably in financial trading environments.
? Be experienced in Exchange Server 2010+ technical support.
? Be familiar with VMWare, Citrix
? Experience in Active Directory administration.
? Experience in Windows Server and workstation health checking, familiar with SolarWinds system.
? Proficiency in Windows administration tools



? 5年以上的系统工程师经验，有证券交易行业经验者优先
? 非常丰富的Exchange Server 2010+技术支持经验
? 熟悉VMware, Citrix
? 具有相关AD管理经验
? 具有Windows Server和工作站健康状况检查的经验,熟悉solarwinds系统
