Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Provide professional recruitment services to the company (60%)

Collect hiring request and follow up the approval process.

Source candidates by using advertising, internal referral, search firm etc.

Search and pre-screen candidates.

Conduct the initial interviews and make recommendations to hiring managers.

Arrange interviews and follow up results.

Conduct reference check on potential candidates.

Prepare offer proposal and get approval.

Extend offer to candidate and follow up the on boarding process.

Update the hiring report / headcount report / attrition report / organization chart etc.

2. Manage the recruitment channels (10%)

Select the right search firms.Communicate the case with search firm and manage the whole process; feedback to hiring manager and search firm timely.

Post open job in the web; search the candidate in the database; provide the feedback of the web/system performance.

Promote but control the internal referral program.

3. Provide HR general services to assigned clients (30%)

Provide consulting services to assigned internal clients on a wide range of HR issues.

Support development and implementation of the required HR policies and procedures to clients.

Build up open and healthy working environment.

Fulfill other job/tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above, major in Administration or medical.

5 years HR relevant experience in a fast growing company, focusing on recruiting work experience preferred.

Good teamwork and collaboration.

Open-mind to new ideas and approaches.

Holds accountability for confidential information.

Excellent written & oral English and Chinese.

Professional appearance & demeanor, pleasant & outgoing personality.

Organized and detail-oriented.
