工作地点：嘉定（居住嘉定地区者优先考虑）
　
Job Description
1、Responsible for receiving telephone, and vistors arrangement, and handle the company fax and letters. 负责接听电话、接待来访客人，收发公司传真、信函；
2、Responsible for the ordering the furnitures, stationery and newspaprer, etc. 负责订购办公家具、办公用品及报刊等；
3、Responsible for the handling the parcel, express delivery and recording, etc. 负责公司包裹，快递等收发，登记等；
4、Responsible for registration and adminstration of the company cars, shuttle bus and employee cars. 负责管理公司、班车、员工车辆的登记、管理；
5、Responsible for administration of Company ID cards, etc. 负责公司员工卡的管理。
6、Responsible for the registration of the guest lunch and allocation of the cost . 负责公司食堂客人用餐登记，费用分摊等日常工作。
7、Other tasks assigned by the Superior.其他上级安排的工作。

Job Requirement
1、College and above 大专及以上学历；
2、1 year and above working experience as receptionist or administration, fresher is also possible. 一年以上前台或行政助理工作经验，应届毕业生亦可；
3、Be good at Mandarin, nice voice and good temperament. 普通话标准，声音甜美，形象气质佳；
4、Be familiar with softwares such as WORD/EXCEL/PPT, etc and the office equipment. 熟练使用WORD/EXCEL/PPT等办公软件及各类办公设备；
5、Be good at organization, communication and execution capability. 具备良好的组织能力、沟通能力及执行能力；
6、Work proactive and in team spirit. 工作积极主动和团队合作精神。
7、Fluent in oral and written English. 英文听说读写能力良好。
