Factor I : Accountability

? Ensure China management receives required financial information and analysis to make correct business decision.
? Provide financial analysis to support the development of China strategic plans, budget and 5 year profit & growth plans. Requires participation on project teams as required to support management.
? Compile, analyse and communicate to China & AP management, analysis of monthly manufacturing performance compared to plan in terms of inventory, DPO, DSO, capex and other Key performance indices. Coordinate the development of operation budgets among China Manufacturing & Service locations, including China Mid Tier.
? Compile, analyze & communicate to management China Project Discount, Pricing & Profitability trend.
? Participates in China plants' & sales offices' monthly SOP, Project Pursuit & POR discussion.
? Review the appropriateness and sufficiency of China business internal controls and provide suggestions for improvements.
? Handle non-routine special projects and reporting requirements.
Scope Data

? Responsible for the financial controllership function for support to the China Fisher Business. The responsibilities include review and analysis of China Fisher business and communication of financial performance. Financial development of the five years' Profit Plan and coordination of site manufacturing budgets.

? China locations - Bejing (China HQ & Sales office), WuQing (Mfg & Parts), BaoAn (Mfg & Service), XiQing (Service)

Factor II : Knowledge and Skills (Describe skills this job will use these skills)
Knowledge and Skills How Used

? Financial economic and business analysis skills
- 10 years relevant experience with 3 years in MNC environment
- BAcc/CPA desirable

? Strong oral communication skills
- Language skills in English & Mandarin

? Proficient in the use of financial systems both main frame and PC applications
? To analyze and explain business results, initiate special studies
? To provide guidance on proper costing process & control


? Frequent interaction with Plant & HQ management.

? To process financial information analysis for management


Factor III : Supervision

? Incumbent needs to provide coordination and direction to plant & service centre finance managers & accountants in the 3 China locations and future service centres expansion.

Factor IV : Relationships

Maintain daily relationship of critical importance with China GM and his direct reports. Contact with China Finance Managers and Plant Operation Manager on monthly operation results, budget, forecasts and non-recurring studies.

? Willingness to travel to the China manufacturing sites and service centres about 25% of the year.
