主要职责:

总结

人力资源与公司服务
-分公司办公室日常事务管理，公司办公室制度贯彻和执行
-客户/北京同事/其他来访者的接待工作
-信件管理和分发
-办公室设备维护
-办公室日常开销控制和登记
-办公室日常清洁的维护，保洁人员的管理
-每月收集需要医疗报销的单据
-员工福利的发放和登记
-按总公司及工会要求组织当地员工活动
-与外服保持工作联系
-配合人事部完成员工年度体检工作
-完成人事经理交办的其他事务

出纳
-季度申报企业所得税
-每月去开户行回收单据
-与当地地税，国税，工商局保持工作联系
-配合总公司财务部交办的其他事务


基本要求:

-大学学历
-两年及以上相关工作经验
-会熟练操作办公软件
-诚实，开朗，良好的团队合作精神
-简单的英语阅读、书写及沟通能力

Major responsibilities:

Admin
-Office daily administration implementation
-Office line maintenance / visitors reception
-Office facilities maintenance
-Office expense control
-Office cleanness supervision
-Collect staff medical reimbursement monthly
-Staff welfare distribution and registration
-Activities arrangement according to company/trade union requirement
-Contact with FESCO
-Coordinate CQ annual staff physical check
-Any support jobs needed by other departments or tasks assigned by HR&CS

Cashier
-CQ tax report quarterly
-Bank receipts retrieve monthly
-Keep in touch with local tax / state bureau, business bureau
-Other support required by BJ finance.



Qualifications:

-Colleague education background
-Two-year or above working experience
-Good command with computer software such as Word, Excel
-Honest, bright and positive with team spirit
-With command of English speaking and writing
