Location: Qingpu,Shanghai
Report to: HR Manager


Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for assist on recruiting function including: resume screening, phone/face to face interview; support on manage all recruiting channels to ensure hiring effectiveness.
2.To support on expatriates service and foreign visitors service, including work & residence permit application, take care family issues etc., apply for governmental invitation.
3.To maintain and update HRIS on all staff personnel records and to manage the updating of HR platform.
4.Provider basic services to employee including health check arrangement,commercial insurance reimburesment,training admin support, training records updating,employee benefits program follow up,etc.
5.Timely transfer new hire's information and on-board date to related depts. and make sure of new hire's office facilities, HR documents and training program etc..
6.Assisr on organize other recruiting projects and activities such as campus recruitment, summer internship program.
7.Provide staffing reports, annual leave and sick leave reports regularly.
8.Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.


Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in Human Resource or ohter related major.
2.At least 2 years recruitment experience in multinational companies.
3.Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a team player.
4.Good communication skills.
5.Fluent English – oral and written.
6.Excellent PC skills.
