岗位职责 Job description
负责以下工作并向财务总监汇报/Reporting to the Finance Director, will be responsible for the following duties:

A ) 会计/控制 / Accounting/Controlling
1. 财务部门和相关功能区域的财务接口/Financial interface between the financial department and the relevant functional areas
2. 协助财务总监设定财务制度和程序/Assist Financial director in setting up and optimizing the financial systems and procedures
3. 提供明晰的一致性的成本结构和收入数据/Providing a transparent and consistent view of cost structures and revenue streams
4. 分析当前的财务绩效以识别绩效改进的机会，为绩效改进并确保要求工作的实施/Analysis of current financial performance to identify opportunities for performance improvement and ensure that the required action is put into place
5. 确保准确的评估所有业务的财务结果策划，确保结果充分反映公司的预测、预算及长期财务计划/Ensure that the financial outcomes of all business planning are accurately assessed and ensure that these outcomes are fully reflected in the company’s forecast and budget and in the long term financial plans
6. 协助财务总监编制年度预算、季度总结预测报告/Assist Financial Director to prepare the annual budget as well as quarterlyreviewing reports and forecasts
7. 监控预算执行情况，分析显著偏差的原因/Monitoring and supervising the execution of annual budgets. And analysing the material deviations.
8. 记账/Book keeping
9. 确保项目成本核算的正确性/Ensure the correct and accurate of the cost of Project
10. 编制月度资产负债表、损益表/Preparing Monthly balance sheet, P+L,
11. 按时、准确完成纳税申报/complete tax declaration promptly and correctly
12. 协助财务总监完善财务内部控制/Assist Financial director to optimize the financial internal control
13. 配合完成年度审计及专项内部审计/Assist to complete annual auditing and special internal auditing
B) 资金管理/Treasury
1. 及时维护现金管理报告/Maintain the Cash management promptly
2. 获取最新外汇政策，并及时贯彻/Acquire and implement the latest Foreign exchange policies
C) 领导交办的其他事务/Other assignment


要求 Requirements
1. 大学学历，可靠的财务分析能力/University degree with proven financial analysis skills
2. 类似行业背景和职位至少5年工作经验/At least 5 years Experience in a similar position industrial environment
3. 优秀的分析和沟通能力，作为财务经理能够清楚的解释和介绍当前的财务状况/Excellent analytical and communication skills as the Financial Manager is expected to clearly explain and present financial analysis
4. 良好的IT知识（财务软件，微软办公软件）Good IT-knowledge (accounting software, Microsoft)
5. 增值税、关税及企业相关税务知识/Knowledge of VAT，custom dutyand other corporation related tax,
6. 英语流利/Fluent in English

As a safety system provider, the company HIMA has made a major step forward to realize our commitment to our customers in China by setup HIMA (Shanghai)Safety System Co.,Ltd. since 2002. After 10 years of development , the company has grown up into a strong organization with about 220 employees covering project management ,engineering, programming , integration , testing and commissioning service .

The approximately 3000 M2 Office and 3000 m2 Workshop composes the Engineering Center of China managing and coordinating National Wide Projects. At present , the company is becoming a Sino-German JV with mother company HIMA holding the majority share.
