Main Job Responsibilities:
1. 监控项目的执行及项目成本。
Monitor Project execution and Project costing
2. 标准物料成本和小时费率维护，年度成本数据更新
Std materials cost and hourly rate maintenance, yearly cost update
3. 年度存货盘点
Annual physical inventory counting
4. 执行月度存货核对，确保总帐、明细帐及库存/在产品报表一致。
Perform monthly inventory reconciliation to ensure inventory sub-ledger，general ledger and stock/WIP reports reconcile.
5. 月度项目成本分析以及其他重点差异分析（材料、人工耗用差异， 标准成本重估差异及材料报废等）
Analyzes the project cost variance and other significant cost variance ( Hours and Materials Consuming variance /STD cost revaluation variance /Scrap etc.) on monthly basis.
6. 与其他部门合作，对流程改进和降低损耗提供财务信息支持.
Be partner for other departments, and provide financial information to initiate process improvements and discover the opportunity for waste elimination.
7. 完成成本核算月结
Month-end closing for Costing function
8.其他财务部门工作
Other duties from the financial department

Qualification Requirements:
1. 有项目成本控制经验
Cost control work experience of project execution.
2. 有项目执行控制经验尤佳
Project schedule work experience is preferred.
3. 会计专业本科毕业
University degree major in Financial Accounting
4. 熟悉ERP成本核算系统
Familiar with ERP costing system
5. 有较好的Word，Excel应用能力
Required computer skill: MS Office word,excel
6. 良好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神
Good communication skill and team work spirit

As a safety system provider, the company HIMA has made a major step forward to realize our commitment to our customers in China by setup HIMA (Shanghai)Safety System Co.,Ltd. since 2002. After 10 years of development , the company has grown up into a strong organization with about 220 employees covering project management ,engineering, programming , integration , testing and commissioning service .

The approximately 3000 M2 Office and 3000 m2 Workshop composes the Engineering Center of China managing and coordinating National Wide Projects. At present , the company is becoming a Sino-German JV with mother company HIMA holding the majority share.
