岗位职责 Job description
1.负责编制所有记帐凭证；Be responsible for preparing all the voucher;
2.编制国内财务报表,包括利润表,资产负债表,现金流量表；Prepare financial local legal reports, include income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flow;
3.编制相关税务报表（税务开票，抄税，报税，海关，运费的认证）；Prepare the taxation report and net submitting;
4.编制往来帐款分析表；（应收帐款，应付帐款）Prepare the aging reports of Accounts receivable and accounts payable;
5.成本结算表；The cost calculation form;
6.核对仓库帐实相符，往来帐帐相符；Ensure the warehouse records correct with the actual figure, the AR AP records correct with the clients;
7.负责帐簿，凭证的装订及打印Be responsible for filling the relevant documents;
8.税务开票（增票），抄税，报税，海关，运费的认证；Issuing VAT invoices and submitting relevant documents；
9.其他临时性安排事项Other temporary arranged tasks.


要求 Requirements
1.能够独立完成从制作凭证，记帐，每月报表，税务申报等全盘公司帐务；Be able to handle the overall company book keeping indenpendly;
2.熟悉国家税务的政策，法规；并且能够灵活运用到日常工作当中去；Familiar with the taxation regulations, financial policies and the relvant laws;
3.熟悉贸易流通领域公司的操作流程； Familiar with the process of trading and transaction.
4.熟悉进出口业务的有关手续；Familiar with the process of export and import operation.
5.具备会计上岗证和会计师资格证书；Hold account take-up certificate and of accountant certificate.
6.专业从事会计工作5年以上；Over 5 years professional accounting experience.
7.有良好的处事，协调，与人沟通的能力；Good coordination and communicataion ability.
8.熟知并能良好操作财务软件及日常工作所需的办公等软件系统；Familiar with accounting software and MS office.
9.个人需具备财务工作所需的工作认真，仔细，踏实，敬业等精神。服务意识强、工作主动、积极，对人热情，为人正直、诚信，具团队合作精神。 Positive, initiative and willing to learn. With strong service awarness, warm, honest and team spirit.

As a safety system provider, the company HIMA has made a major step forward to realize our commitment to our customers in China by setup HIMA (Shanghai)Safety System Co.,Ltd. since 2002. After 10 years of development , the company has grown up into a strong organization with about 220 employees covering project management ,engineering, programming , integration , testing and commissioning service .

The approximately 3000 M2 Office and 3000 m2 Workshop composes the Engineering Center of China managing and coordinating National Wide Projects. At present , the company is becoming a Sino-German JV with mother company HIMA holding the majority share.
