岗位职责 Job description1.
1.接受采购经理的直接领导和工作安排，协助采购经理完成采购工作 under the direct lead of purchasing manager to finish assigned purchasing tasks
2.根据已经谈定的合同条款，价格，交货期在核对库存后下放采购订单 place order in accordance with concluded T&C, price and delivery time in contract after checking the inventory
3.跟踪并执行已生效的采购订单，确保采购料件按照合同要求交付 following up concluded purchase order to ensure procuremented goods on time delivery as per order
4.办理采购料件的入库手续 handling goods
5.填制付款申请，办理付款手续 dealing with payment
6.负责ERP中采购基础数据的维护和更新，运行ERP的采购流程 responsible for the procurement data maintenance and updating in ERP
7.目前分管的采购物料类型是已经建立长期合作关系的固定供应商所提供的固定型号产品 who is responsible for the procurement of following goods from those who have established steady relationship with us based on the long-term cooperation:
- 常用标牌及开孔 common signs and holes making
- 开关，按纽和继电器等 switches, push buttons and relay, etc.
- Phoenix产品 Phonenix goods
- 魏德米勒产品 Weidmuller goods
- 已经批量生产的国产化风扇 Local volume-produced fan
- 行政办公用品的采购 office supplies
8.控制物料质量，及时处理质量问题 responsible for goods quality control, handling quality problems.

要求Requirements
1. 专科以上学历，电子，工业，工程等相关专业 college degree or above major in electronics, industry or engineering
2. 2年以上生产型企业采购经验 over two years of procurement experience in production organization
3. 具备中英文阅读能力，工作深入理解能力 be able to reading in Chinese and English
4. 电脑操作熟练, 熟悉ERP系统优先 good command of computer operation, those who familiar with ERP is a plus
5. 诚实敬业，能承受工作压力 integrity, can be working under pressure

As a safety system provider, the company HIMA has made a major step forward to realize our commitment to our customers in China by setup HIMA (Shanghai)Safety System Co.,Ltd. since 2002. After 10 years of development , the company has grown up into a strong organization with about 220 employees covering project management ,engineering, programming , integration , testing and commissioning service .

The approximately 3000 M2 Office and 3000 m2 Workshop composes the Engineering Center of China managing and coordinating National Wide Projects. At present , the company is becoming a Sino-German JV with mother company HIMA holding the majority share.
