Responsibilities:

• To provide administrative and clerical support to Management level on marketing aspects
• To coordinate and monitor bid proposals programmes and submissions
• To update company Website, brochure and all associates marketing materials
• To develop high quality, professional and consistent proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials
• To coordinate submission requirements and logistics including couriers, printing, packaging, etc.
• To assist in preparation of graphics and reproduction needs to enhance the professionalism of materials
• To submit contracts and RFP documents for Group Risk Management (GRM) review through the Contracts Database on company intranet
• To monitor Request For Proposals (RFP) compliance and report issues/variances
• To maintain up to date information relating to company background, past experience, awards, key personnel, previous proposals, etc.
• To support in updating the Marketing Report
• To assist in supporting the company’s client care meeting & updating client care database
• To ensure that contacts and company details are kept up to date in the contacts & marketing database.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Marketing Officer role
• Candidate with experience within the general construction environment is preferred
• Highly organized, and able to multi-task.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
