Job Summary:

- Request, prepare and submit the documents for import pharmaceutical registration / re-registration in planned time.

- Follow up registration / re-registration process, and take action to ensure the process is on track.

- Assist supervisor to obtain registration approval in time tale.

- Ensure QC sample and standard reference readiness for registration and custom clearance process.

- Coordinate with marketing Dept., modify package, label and insert sheets.

- Assist management for special / urgent assignments upon request.

- Ensure that all regulatory submissions are prepared, filed and approved in a timely manner.

- Convene and participate in product development and project planning to ensure that the proposed development plans account for regulatory requirements in China and that clinical advice is available throughout the process.

- Review and sign-off of regulatory packages prior to submission. This includes all promotional materials, label changes and product monographs to ensure compliance with local and corporate requirements.

- Review and sign-off for technical documents for products locally manufactured (e.g. Label claims etc.)

- Coordinate activities which assists product areas by providing support for sales and marketing, product complaints and liabilities where necessary and information to sales force, customers and end users.

- Establish Health Economics expertise within the affiliate to address the growing demand for economic evaluation studies to support listing and reimbursement of Abbott's products.

- Manage and operate government affairs to ensure business development stay on track in China.

Qualifications:

- Strong leadership skills.

- Demonstrate strong negotiation, influencing and analytical skills.

- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in government relations.

- Flexible and adaptable.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and counseling skills.

- Good command of English and Mandarin.
