Main Task
-Initiate,plan and carry sales activities to achieve sales target for responsible accounts by making sales contacts via regular visits/calls;
-Research customer needs and develop application of products and services package effectively (achieve sales target of responsible accounts) ;
-Exploit new business opportunities by identifying emerging customer needs in terms ofproduct portfolio, technical services requirements and/or new specification standard etc;
-Visit customers to collect and analyze field information of customer expectations and technical service needs to promote proper products;
-Analyze and propose focus list of potential customer accounts Work for key customers/service projects as part of a sales team to identify real customer needs and determine their service needs, propose and take fit approaches and procedures to meet their satisfaction with products introduction and/or technical service trial/test of value proposition, and monitor and follow up on sales activities until conclusion result achieved;
-Provide regular technical support to customers as trouble shooters and technical consultant to defend existing business,including handling/ follow-up complaints on technical related issues;
-Provide technical guidance / expert support to distributors’ business development for product applications, including support trouble-shooting, offer solution and training of personnel to enhance pre- and post- sales services, especially for yearly new launch and key products;
-Collect market information to verify competitiveness of own products, understanding of industry trends and technical development that effect target markets;
-Provide timely visit report and monthly sales activities summary report to supervisor with collected industry/market trends and competitors activities information for business and competition analysis.
Requirement
-Chemical engineering or leather making engineering education background;
-Wetend/retanning experiences in leather industry ( 5+ years in tanneries or leather chemical sales field for shoe upper articles, and other articles’ experience is plus);
-Proven successful sales development;
