Brief Job Description：
1. Has the experience of management NPI process
2. Be familiar with injection molding process.
3. Has the DOE(design of experiment) concept
4. Know QC seven tools
5. Know PFMEA and QC-plan.
6. Be familiar with DMAIC, at least equal to level of green belt

Experience: cable Engineering field with over 6 years experiences

Good at team work ,Good at communication

Special skills
Must have oral and written English communication skills,
Skills in using the computer, Microsoft Office, familiar with data bases and the ability to learn the Company’s software programs.
Must have good team work and high responsinility.
Familiar with IPC610 and ISO9001:2000.
