职位：生产计划员

汇报对象：生产部经理

工作目标：

1.建立和完善生产流程；

2.提高生产效率和产品的质量；

岗位职责：

1.起草和优化生产流程；

2.在ERP系统中创建和维护生产清单；

3.采集生产工时，按规定更新工序时间；

4.根据销售订单，制定生产计划、物料需求计划和在线检验计划；

5.根据实际的情况提出自己生产或外购建议；

6.按照生产计划的完成时间及外购件的到货时间，通知销售订单部预计发货时间；

7.管理各种与生产相关的文件。

职位要求：

1.大学工科毕业；

2.具有3年以上在国际型公司作为生产计划员工作的经验；

3.英语至少4级，具备良好的听说能力；

4.ERP的使用经验；

5.团队合作；

6.具有沟通能力。

Position: Production planner

Reporting to Production Manager

Objectives:

1.Establishing and optimizing the production processes;

2.Increasing the production efficiency and product quality.

Job descriptions:

1.Creating and optimizing the production processes

2.Setting up and maintaining BOM in the ERP system

3.Collecting the processing time and updating the processing time according to the regulation;

4.Creating the production working plan /material requirement plan and in-line inspection plan according to the sales orders;

5.Proposing Making or Buying plan according to the practical projects;

6.Informing the Department for the Sales Order Processing about the estimated delivery time according to the finishing date of the production and arriving date of the purchased goods;

7.Managing the production related documents.

Job requirements:

1.Bachelor in technical majors;

2.More than 3 years working experience as Production Planner in an international company

3.English level 4 or higher, good in writing and speaking

4.Experiences with ERP system

5.Team player

6.skilled communicator
