This HR & Admin Manager will work within Halma China HR team, as a business partner, to provide a broad range of human resource supports to all Halma China subsidiaries. The work includes but is not limited to:

1. Work with HRD for the effective goal setting and deployment process in the business to ensure the business goals are aligned and cascaded through the organization.
2. HR Policy Design and Standardization, work with the subsidiaries HR team to drive and deploy programs and processes
3. EVP and Employment Branding
4. Employee Engagement
5. Implementation of Staffing and C&B initiatives.
6. Recruitment by adopting different channels: Linkedin, Internal Referral, Web Site, Headhunting and etc.
7. Talent Retention Strategy
8. Performance Management
9. Halma HR Online System Support
10. Local Rep office operation
11. Other project work as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience:

? Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources, Organization Development, Training, or related discipline and at least 8 years of professional HR experience.
? Experience covering a wide range of HR functions especially in recruitment, employment branding, compensation and benefits, organization development and HR analytics etc.
? HR experience with MNCs
? Strong customer service orientation
? Ability to evaluate, analyse and resolve complex problems
? Project management skills
? Excellent written/oral communication & presentation skills both in English and Chinese
