岗位职责：
- 协助机构销售负责人制订机构销售工作计划及产品营销策略；
- 负责机构客户的开发和维护工作，向机构客户推广公司的投资理念；
- 负责公司产品的发行募集准备、发行销售及持续销售工作，达成公司下达的销售目标；
- 组建机构客户信息平台，做好日常的沟通和组织各种形式的客户服务活动；
- 开展国内外同行交流合作；并做好机构销售团队与公司内部其他部门的协调和沟通工作；
- 及时完成部门领导安排的其他任务。

任职要求：
- 本科以上学历，金融相关专业；具有证券/基金从业资格者优先；
- 具备良好的金融理财专业知识，了解基金等理财产品，对证券市场投资有自己的见地；
- 对基金行业发展有独到的理解和洞察力，对基金销售有一定的认识；
- 两年以上金融业相关经验，有信托、证券、保险资管等机构客户服务经验者优先；
- 能熟练运用英语进行口头及书面沟通，包括工作报告等； - 具备良好的沟通技巧，形象专业、稳重；
- 熟练掌握各种办公软件；
- 有良好的人际交往、沟通能力和服务意识，注重团队合作；
- 工作积极主动，有较强的执行力和自我激励能力，能够承受压力并经常出差（北京、广东、深圳地区为主）。
