岗位职责:

1.Provide IT support on end-user computing, server/network administration and computer room operations
2.Act as second level support for escalated problems and complicated technical issues.
3.Administer and maintain server and LAN network equipment
4.Track and deploy Windows patch and update to maintain baseline of IT security standard and policies
5.Handle asset management, maintain inventory and liaise with vendor in asset procurement
6.Handle IT training, provide necessary guidance to end user and manage user requests
7.Maintain and update technical support document, IT report and policy
8.Manage telephone system and conference equipment
9.Coordinate and deploy corporate IT projects in the supported region
10.IT infrastructure setup for new office/office move/expansion
11.Support end-users on MS Office, Win 7, Outlook, Lotus Notes and VPN remote access
12.Resolve hardware / software issues on desktop / laptop PC, network printer

任职资格:

1.Bachelor degree/Diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent
2.Minimum 4 years of experience in PC support, system administration and LAN management
3.Must have hands-on experience in Windows 7, MS Office 2010/2013 / Outlook 2010/2013 and above
4.Good experience in administration and implementation of Windows 2008/2012 Servers / Active Directory and MS Exchange 2010 server
5.Good knowledge in installation, maintenance, administration of LAN / WAN infrastructures, such like TCP/IP networking and Cisco equipment.
6.Knowledge in Cisco VPN, SCCM server / FTP server;
7.MCSE on Windows server 2008 or above, CCNA / CCNP, ITIL are advantages
8.Knowledge in SAP GUI is an advantage
9.Good communication skills
