Project Manager
At least 7 years experience & able to manage low complexity projects.
At least 3 years experiences in project management
At least 4 years experiences in software development, such as Java or .NET or PL/SQL or COBOL etc.
Able to travel.
Job Purpose


Lead a team to achieve successful & on-time delivery of the project within the approved cost, schedule, resources, scope & objectives.


Key Responsibilities


1. Map out overall execution plan & ensure the roles & responsibility, objectives, commitment, deliverables & schedule are clearly communicated to the team members & customers.
2. Track the actual cost incurred & the schedule status against the baselined execution plan, identify & take corrective & preventive action.
3. Project resource/manpower requirement, plan for availability & usage of resources so that manpower is optimally used, & to provide leadership in building & maintaining a high performance team.
4. Manage project scope
5. Monitor service level, in terms of response time & problem recovery time to ensure that the agreed service level is met.
6. Deliver quality outputs based on defined processes, review project performance & take corrective actions when necessary; identify & mitigate risks before they seriously impact the project delivery.
7. Setup communication channels within team & customers, so that all relevant stakeholders are kept informed on the project status on the timely basis & at the necessary level of details.
8. Establish organization environment conducive to the successful completion of the project, including achieving control in project delivery & managing on-going customer relationships/expectations.
