Key Responsibility




To ensure the proper implementation of government affairs related tasks and manage BMW-Brilliance’s business goals with good relationships and communications with designated government organizations

To maintain & develop government relationship between BMW-Brilliance and government to support BMW-Brilliance management for sustainable development & vision fulfillment

To manage the necessary government approvals diverse investment projects of BMW-Brilliance

To organize and/ or participate in key government affairs including meetings between shareholders/senior management and government officials, courteous visits, business negotiations, government-organized meetings & seminars, events, ceremonies, etc.

To apply for special subsidies regarding intelligence, projects and expats for BBA's interest and support government personal procurement coordination

To communicate effectively with BMW-Brilliance departments and to take charge in internal normal administration & SAP operation and external plant tour arrangement

To participate in BBA crisis management and urgent case lobbying to obtain government support immediately to resolve crisis

To update policy analysis by informing BBA related departments timely policy changes and collecting input from business departments for policy adjustment.






Bachelor degree or above

Skills with PC experience, MS Office working knowledge

Be familiar with Chinese government organizational structure and system

Professional manner with international experience - multinational and/or auto industry work experience ideal

Strong sense of team work spirit and self-motivated

Good adaptability and communication skill

Very good English and Chinese written and verbal language skills

Experience in government affairs relevant

Background in government or in auto industry would be good plus
