Advanced Specialist Company Regulations 公司制度资深专员

Employment – full time
Key Responsibility
Ensuring the operational basis for the process of creating and changing regulations (preparation in collaboration with Business Departments, decision, implementation)
Following BMW-Brilliance company regulations structures and contents. Steering and supervising the enactment of company regulations through Business Departments
Challenging the review of Business Processes connected with regulation requests. Ensuring a company-wide interpretation of company regulations
Ensuring the alignment of regulations with BMW Group and BMW China entities incl. monitoring of all regulation changes
Supervision of and support for the enactment of company regulations (incl. structure, release process, support regarding content alignment with BMW entities.)
Stimulating the alignment of Business Process improvement with the BBA regulation landscape
Conducting the change/creation process of Company regulations incl. preparation, alignment steering, management decision and publication
Conducting the alignment process of a new/updated regulation with all BMW China entities , Performance of the approval process by management
Advising associates on regulation interpretation, and organizing training sessions
Monitoring of Regulation changes at BMW Group and other entities
Supervision of the standardization of company regulation application within the whole company
Other contingent tasks and projects assigned by line manager
Qualification
University degree or above (minimum Bachelor) in Finance, Economics or other related studies
Knowledge of the interaction of different regulations on different levels, their interpretation and implementation
Knowledge of the organizational structure of large companies
Experience with Process Improvement , Management Consulting
Knowledge of financial control instruments
Competency of quickly comprehending topics outside the subject area and to deal with them
Communication and negotiation skills on management and team level; presentation skills
Social competency and an ability to act in a multicultural environment for the close cooperation with both responsible departments/ entities located in China
Competency of building up a network with all relevant departments within BMW Brilliance and the whole BMW Group, especially BMW China entities.
Fluent English
Background in Industry
Background in Internal control and management consulting
Experience in leading teams and projects
Experience with requirements expected from a subsidiary of an international group
Background in Finance
