Advanced Specialist Sales Application Operations 资深销售应用系统运维管理专员
Corporate Division IT
Division, located in Beijing/China
Employment – full time
Key Responsibility
- Ensure the operations of sales systems and related systems by achieving the Service Level Agreement KPIs
- Achieve the KPI targets for the module/ process
- Develop and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT support by performing IT projects and continuous improvement
- Support business to achieve their targets by implementing projects successfully in means of start-up management
- Manage internal and external associates in means of optimize continuous improvement.
- Run and improve a standardized Incident management process, Change management process , IT-Service Continuity process, and Problem management process
- Give support and suggestion to IT Senior Specialist & Junior Specialist
Qualification
- University degree in Information Science or equivalent education and working experience
- Minimum of four years’ experience in sales system implementation and support
- In addition, two years’ experience in manufacturing, logistic and sales relevant business or relevant IT systems development or management. Sales consultant experience is plus
- Proficient English, German would be an advantage
- Know ERP, SCM and related system principle
- Intercultural competence, service minded, analyzing. Disciplined, positive, well communication skill
- Strong communication skills and willingness in communication
- Team working spirit, Service oriented, and leadership skills are required
- Working under high pressure, willing to work outside office hours and on call duty
- Technical Skills
Deep Know-how of Sales systems (DMS, CRM): Experience on Application system support, IT project management, Sales System implementation and change request realization, database management and Dealer IT infrastructure
- Business Knowledge
Knowledge of key business process in one or more area like: Sales and Distribution Warehouse management, Parts distribution, CRM, Point of Sale for Vehicle
- Process skills
Including the following key processes: Service and System delivery using a recognized methodology (e.g. ITPM, ITIL), Application support and help desk processes, Adherence and development of IT processes that ensure co-ordination and control
