一. Purpose of the Job 岗位目的

1. 负责区域经销商订单和物流报表。
2. 协助物流经理做好物流支持工作。
3. 负责同销售部门和工厂的日常沟通，保证成品酒和回瓶的正常供给。
4. 客户服务工作。

二. Accountabilities 主要工作职责
1-负责DC和全区经销商的订单管理工作。通过分析DC和经销商仓库的各项相关数据，结合销售计划和市场活动，合理向工厂下订单，确保DC和经销商仓库拥有安全的库存、合理的在途和新鲜的酒龄，有效地提高了仓库周转率。

2-帮助经销商规范和提高仓库管理水平，处理经销商投诉，协调经销商与工厂、物流供应商的关系。
3-负责储运部门各项费用管理和合同管理。审核并合理控制每月仓库费用，物流供应商配送费用，空瓶回瓶费用和经销商运费补贴。协助财务参与年度审计工作。

4-流货管理。针对经销商流货特点，利用现有条件和资源，制定出一套流货查询方案，有效的控制了经销商流货，保证市场有序的价格政策。

5-负责POS/PPG的管理工作。
6- 配合财务部门完成每月盘点工作。


三. Qualifications and Technical competencies required 岗位所需的资质和技术能力要求

Education 教育背景:
大学以上　／　Bachelor degree or above
数学或财务专业优先 / Maths or Finance major will be a plus

Experience 工作经验:
2-3 years working experiences in FMCG
Experiences in beer industry will be a plus
2-3年快消行业工作经验
啤酒行业工作经验优先考虑

Technical competencies: (Job related) 技术能力（岗位相关的）
（1）较强的计划、指导、授权、激励能力；
（2）较强的分析问题、解决问题能力；
（3）较强的信息管理、时间管理及人际沟通能力；
（4）较强的倾听、说服、实施能力；
（5）较强的中、英文口头表达能力；
