GENERAL SUMMARY:
The English Trainer takes an important role in the development and progress of the In-House English program at Bleum. In addition to classroom training, the English Trainer will take a leadership role in the company to encourage and support all colleagues in their language development.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Duties-100%


-Assist in the development and maintenance of simulated immersion environment.
-Contribute to course and curriculum development, needs assessment and proficiency testing.
-Observe and collecting data for English program improvement.
-Coordinate an auxiliary program for English learning.
-Deliver English Training Class to IT business professionals.
-Update weekly reports.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelors degree or above
-Knowledge of software industry is a plus
-Ability to teach business soft skills as well as English to eager students
-At least one year teaching experience as an English teacher
-Great communication skills and pleasant personality
-Experience teaching students at an Intermediate to Advanced English level.
-Awareness of student learning and culture needs within a simulated immersion environment
-Patient and inspiring
