Job Content:
1. Develop inspection methodology and specification, sampling plan and guidelines for new released products.
2. Manage OQA team resource to maintain all required items to support OQA jobs such as material, machine and environment.
3. Train the inspectors to meet job requirements and drive continuous improvement on job training.
4. Closely work with all shift inspectors, and perform schedule management and performance measurement.
5. Address any outgoing quality issue caused by wafer fabrication with CFAB engineer team. Verify defects type per specification and make wafer disposition decision. Build and classify defect library and criteria to guide inspector for disposition.
6. Work with A/T site to address any CFAB incoming material related issue.
7. Implement outgoing inspection process and equipment capability study
8. Outgoing system maintenance
9. Outgoing tool maintenance: OM/Package machine/Barcode Printer

Experience:
3+ years SC industry experience in quality area.

Skills / Certifications:
1. Good people management and team work skill.
2. Good communication skill and English speaking.
3. Good presentation and training skill.
4. Familiar with microscope inspection and tool, Microsoft office like word, excel & PowerPoint
5. Have knowledge of SPC, FMEA, MSA, etc
