职位描述
岗位职责:
1. Job content
Job purpose: Negotiate new regional contracts with Horeca customers fitting within the Metro defined strategy, and re-negotiate existing regional contracts on an annual basis.
Key person in maintaining and managing daily and operational contact with client counterpart(s), ensure optimized attention and service level throughout the Metro organization.
Facilitates regional key account specific price settings, regular order management and new product introduction.
Handling weekly and monthly reporting based on predefined formats, between Metro and Customer, and provides action-oriented feedback to the store.
Being an interface between the customer at regional level, site level, and facilitate positive business development between store team, and the customer management teams.
Coaching and supporting store Field Sales force in order to increase sales turnover, profit and frequency of the regional contracts.
Actively develop contacts through participation in associations, events, and other branch related activities for regional key account.
Take care, supervise and secure the implementation of NKA business within the territory
2. Job dimensions
Decision making/ freedom to act Contributes to significant turn over and profitability development through key accounts, with a strong focus on the implementation of destination assortment.
Customer profitability P&L management and credit limit management through pro-active communication and problem solving.
To work in close contact with Store General Managers, Territory Manager, Regional Field Operation Managers, Field Specialists and Head office buying department in order to maximize all possible resources in building a high performing key account performance.
3. Key responsibilities & accountabilities
Key responsibilities/
accountabilities Reaching the objectives in terms of growth and profit development for regional Key Account Customers against target.
Manage profitable growth at customer level through product differentiation, strict control on credit limits, and account receivables within the contractual time limitations.
Analyzing of the results (weekly, monthly and quarterly) of the key account customers in terms of established KPIs to make the right decisions and to improve the situation if needed.
Cross departmental activities with Head office cross functional team to optimize outputs of TGM activities.

Internal: Regional managers, Territory Managers, Store General Managers, Head of Field Operations, National Key Account Managers, Regional Field Operation Managers, Store Field Operation Managers, Store Customer Managers, TGM, Buying, Head of Store Operations, Logistics department, legal and finance department
External: - Regional Key Account, relevant Horeca Associations

5. Skills & experiences
Skills: Must have branch specific work experience at mid level management level within Hotel, chain restaurant or Service branches.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial and customer focus, ability to quickly grasp and adapt to the Metro Cash & Carry business and how trading works
Able to handle multiple key accounts at regional level through strong operational skills.
A hands on Manager with strong project management experience
Strong skills to handle a budget
Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Must be fluent in Chinese; if he / she does not speak Chinese, must be willing to learn Chinese
Experiences: People with at least 5 years experience in Sales and or Key Account management.
