职位描述：
工作职责：
1、参与筹办、经营、管理全美式幼儿园。
2、负责前期筹备开办国际幼儿园相关事宜以及后期对外部门关系维护。
3、负责管理整个国际幼儿园教学及行政事务体系的日常工作。
4、维护好与合作对象，包含学校周边社区、家长及对内教师的良好、积极的合作关系。
5、负责相关工作的督促、执行、跟进、落实和汇报。
6、积极宣传和推广国际幼儿园优势以及维护品牌形象。

任职要求：
1、30岁以上，不限国籍，具备管理国际幼儿园经验者优先。
2、有筹办国际幼儿园开园经验者优先，有国外相关幼儿或小学教育管理经验者优先。
3、幼教行业10年以上从业经验。
4、幼教或者相关专业，本科及以上学历。
5、流利的中英文口语和书面表达能力。
6、热爱幼儿和幼儿教育事业，有先进的幼儿教育理念。

International Kindergarten Headmaster

Requirement:

Experience: 10-20 years Full time
Basic Education: University degree

Job description:

Responsibility:

Take part in prepare and manage American kindergarten.
Responsible for the works about kindergarten preparation and public relationships management.
Responsible for the administration and daily jobs.
Responsible the relationships to the partners, including the parents. At the same time, well control the inner cooperation with all the staff.
Responsible for the supervision, execution and report.
Boost and well advertising the advantages and the brand of the kindergarten.

Requests:

Ages over 30. The experience of manage a kindergarten would be advantages.
The experience of prepare and manage a kindergarten would be advantages. The experience of manage a kindergarten abroad would be advantages.
Have experience over 10 in kindergarten management.
Specialized in kids teaching.
Fluency in both speak and write in Chinese and English.
Like kids and early education. Have advanced idea in kids education.
