Job Description:

Schedule and conduct Internal Training Program at Extron Training Center for all new sales staff.
Provide up to date training on all new products (both theory and practical) to Extron sales staff.
Provide constant technology training in areas where management deems the team needs training.
Hold regular meetings with the individual sales teams before and after Extron Schools for feedback and ideas.
Implement identified changes from Extron School feedback.
Customize training program suitable for different markets and customers.Customize training slides suitable for different markets and customers.
Conduct training or seminars at Tradeshows, Dealer Shows and Dealer Seminars, etc.
Work with A/V Technician on the equipment preparation for all events

Qualifications

Bachelor degree required, major in ICT, Electronics, Engineering or equivalent.
Prefer 5 years or more professional A/V industry experience.
Solid knowledge of Professional A/V Industry & Products
Strong communication skills in verbal and written, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal. Proficient in both English & Mandarin.
Attention to details, Self-motivated and a team player. Initiative to solve problems and seek improvement.
Ability to work flexible hours, as needed, to support sales efforts in the regions.

The job is based in Shanghai or Beijing office.
