Primary Role:

Bookkeeping and financial report independently, responsible for accounting systems, vouchers, ledgers and financial statements timely, accurately & efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1.Prepare monthly financial reports and statutory reports before deadline.

2.Prepare group forecast, annual budget and carry out monthly variance analysis.

3.Prepare and report revenue/ cost / expenses analysis monthly for every division.

4.Prepare account reconciliations and liaise with both internal and external parties for differences identified.

5.Liaise with auditors and tax officials on audit and taxation issues and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual tax filing documents.

6.Liaise with management and local authorities on division reports, taxation, annual examination and related matters.

7.Work closely with commercial team & manager to prepare billing & issue invoice.

8.Support to collect customer payment.

9.Assist in other ad hoc projects, such as setting up of project companies, tax and treasury work, process improvement etc.

10.Communicate with managers/ staff to deliver ad-hoc advisory and reporting details.

11.Team working and assist other staff to understand and do business smoothly.

Competencies:

1.Ability to work with complicated accounting business independently.

2.Can understand and do the reporting for both US and PRC GAAP.

3.Maintain confidential information.

Requirements:

1.More than 3 years of accounting booking and reporting work experience.

2.Ever participated accounting/ financial project like ERP system set up / improvement.

3.Guide Casher do some support working.Have working experience in JV / WFOE. 4.Languages: English

5.Cetificate:Secondary professional technology qualification and above.
