Job Responsibilities
岗位职责

Arrange the person in warehouse to cope with the business operation
根据业务和生产需求安排仓库人员
Coordinate the receiving/delivery/moving together with other dept. and customers, suppliers as well
配合相关部门,客户和供应商对原料和成品进行收/发/存/移动的管理
Follow with purchasing/project/technical/QC department for the inventory management of the proto-type before SOP
配合采购/研发/项目/质量对批量生产前的物料进行库存管理
Maintain the data in SAP for all the transaction
保证根据业务及时更新SAP系统数据
Cope with the related department to manage the NCM inventory
配合质量等相关部门管理好NCM 库存的管理,并做好台帐和跟踪
Improve the Layout for the warehouse according to the FIFO and material flowing routine
根据物流路线和FIFO来不断改进仓库布局
Cope with the forwarder for suppliers and customers by the documents and stuff transaction
与客户和供应商的第三方物流配合进行单据和实物的交接
Cope with production line by FIFO and material feeder routine
按照FIFO和物流走向持续改进与生产线的配合
Train the new operators for operation and system
对新员工进行实物和系统操作的必要培训
Others according to the requirement from management

At least 3 years’ experience in warehouse
至少三年的仓库主管工作经验
Must be familiar with SAP system in WM module;
熟悉SAP系统中仓库模块
Better to have MNC experience
有外企经验优先
Take responsibility, strong willing to learn.
