General Statement:

Guarantee a supervision at management of operations, taking care of instructions and targets fixed by Group Management, achieving efficiency and effectiveness always at top grade, maintainiing unit and concord all managers that lead the various departments.

To be a warrantor of honesty, transparency and completeness achieved in company process.

Responsability:

1. To elaborate general targets of production activity, descending to the single department wiith collaboration of related supervisors;

2. To participate on definition of company organization;

3. To apply own management tools and power, always in respect of top management instruction, of Company policy, of Company planning and strategic plan approved;

4. To manage, with help of collaborators, company procedure and activity, to achieve that works are done on time, according quantity decided, and accomplish quality standard defined;

5. To lead coordinate activities of all department, assuring a correct management between different departments;

6. Achieve and assure a correct application of instruction and plan, according time required, thorough efficient and effectiveness management of resource committed;

7. To be accountable in front of Director of Operation about irregularity found in various department and target missed.

Task and Assignments:

1. To evaluate performance of collaborators who occupy position of responsibility;

2. To support supervisors of departments on define strategic plans, on evaluate congruency between resource and targets, on evaluation on impact that strategy has on company structure;

3. To identify and to manage the critical variable of departments, to check efficiency and to identify reason of irregularity and consequently allocate appropriate correction;

4. To carry on appropriate action to improve production efficiency;

5. To coordinate and check the application of planning assigned at managed position, on the aim to achieve all single targets;

6. To define and to assure an adequate trade union policy; to implement a policy of human resource management, to assure an harmonious development, an adequate motivation level, as well as achieving of target according with company necessity;

7. To identify general policy and strategy of the company concerning communication, human resourcing, safety&health protection;

8. To verify that the company can obtain the maximum benefit from investments done;

9. To represent the company in official and formal events;

10. To oversee at production direction, in a way quality standard are achieved, according with the general Quality Management System assumed;

11. To identify those special project that can be defined as inter-departments, choosing the responsible for project and following the development;

12. To actively participate at definition of yearly budget, developing adequate alternative proposal, in terms of investment policy for equipment, machinery, tools, efficiency on production processes and relative costs; beside to provide information about quality optimization, raw material costs and industrial comsumable;

13. To promote action concerning improvement on production management, on the aim to reduce waste and simplify process, improving efficiency;

14. To guarantee that process of his own competency are efficient, effectiveness, in conformity with company standards defined by customers and or by ISO certification authority, and also according with safety rules and requirement and according with law in force concerning environment and pollution;

15. To oversee maintenance activities, assuring that costs and investment budget are respected;

16. To oversee activity of Manufacturing Engineering for definition and application of development planning of new products and production process(GANTT), underlining eventual critical point and promoting necessary actions;

17. Assure the correct coordination between technical development of new product/process and the effective realization;

18. Guarantee the application of efficient and effectiveness process concerning the realization of new prodcuts, for example, the lay-out of machine or line, tools, instruction, assembling chart, cycles, seeking for optimization of industrial costs.

3. Understanding of production flow principles and manufacturing processes;
