Sales Coordinator / Administration Assistant / Manager Assistant – Beijing & Shanghai Office

An established multinational sales & service organization, headquartered in Hong Kong with branch offices in Mainland China (including Beijing, Chengdu, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Suzhou, Nanjing, Tianjin, Dalian and Xi’an ) is inviting applications for the above position.



Job Descriptions

1、 Take care of customers’ enquiries and provide prompt and efficient business correspondences

2、 Good knowledge of L/Cs, Quotations and Contracts preparation

3、 Communicate with Principals overseas and the Management Team on a regular basis

4、 Undertake administrative and clerical duties

5、 Maintain prompt and proper filing

Requirements


1、 High Diploma or above with minimum 2-3 years working experience of related disciplines

2、 Effective communication skills in fluent spoken and written English

3、 Proficient in both English and Chinese word processing, MS word & MS Excel

4、 Knowledge of Flash, Powerpoint and Webpage management is a plus


5、 Mature, patience, hard-working and willing to learn
