PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
主要职责
1. To ensure the attainment of sales and margin budgets of refrigeration products through sales and service to major customers, other allocated accounts and new business opportunities within region; 通过服务区域内的主要客户、公司分配的其他客户,开拓新的项目机会,以确保完成公司制冷产品的销售指标及所要求的利润率;
2. Identify sales leads and develop market through end users, contractors, OEMs and distribution.通过终端用户、工程商、OEM客户及经销商,筛选潜在客户并开拓业务。
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure customer needs are followed up and met; 保持与大客户的紧密关系,确保客户的需求得到及时跟进且满足;
2. Identify new market opportunities; develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers/clients within region; 甄别新的市场机遇,在所在区域的现有及潜在客户中开拓新的项目机会;
3. Spearhead market penetration, development, promotion and strategy implementation within region; 在所在区域内引领市场突破、发展、推进及策略执行;
4. Provide refrigeration technical support and training to customers and internal staff; 为客户及公司内部同事提供制冷技术支持及培训;
5. Monitor progress on sales and market share and competitive market situation within region; 掌控区域内的销售进展、市场占有率情况及竞争对手的市场现状;
6. Participate in regular sales meetings to share market information; work closely with National Sales Manager to develop overall sales budget and strategy; 参加销售例会,分享市场信息;与全国销售经理紧密合作以促进整个销售指标及策略的完成;
7. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the refrigeration industry, available products, legislation changes and competitor activities within region;及时了解制冷行业、产品、法规及竞争对手活动的新动向;
REQUIREMENTS
职位要求
1. Should have a Degree in Engineering (HVAC-R related) with 2 to 4 years of sales working experience in the HVAC-R industry; with US MNC preferred; 工科专业学位(制冷相关),2-4年的制冷行业销售工作经验,有美企工作经验者优先;
2. Work experience in any of the following will be an advantage:有以下任意工作经验者优先:
i. Work experience in a contractor firm and/or established relation with local design institutes.有在工程商公司的工作经验及/或与本地设计机构有联系;
ii. Good understanding of cold storage project sales cycle.熟知冷库工程项目销售流程;
iii. Work experience in one of these chains with in depth knowledge on retailers such as hypermarket, supermarket, convenient store and/or fast food chains. Good understanding of food retail industry project sales. 熟悉且有在大卖场、超市、便利店及/或快餐连锁等公司的工作经,了解商超行业的操作及销售模式;
3. Should have good business knowledge of and network in the China market. 须有良好的商务沟通技巧及相关的人脉;
4. Track records in developing new market and new customers. 有开拓新市场或新客户的记录;
5. Able to conduct sales activities independently. 能独立开展销售工作;
6. Understand channel strategy and able to manage distributor relationship. 了解渠道策略并管理经销商;
7. Demonstrated ability to achieve/exceed sales objectives (sales targets, market share, sales growth) in assigned market/territory in China.可提供证明的在所分配的市场或区域内完成销售目标(销售指标、市场占有论、销售增长率)的能力;
8. Strong leadership skills, interpersonal communication, analytical and presentation skills are essential traits;需要具备较强的领导能力、人际沟通技巧、分析能力及表达能力;
9. Able to converse and write effectively in both English and Chinese.具备良好的中英文读写能力;
10. PC skills.具备PC操作技巧。
