Senior Specialist Contract Management

Corporate Division Sales Channel Management

Division, located in Beijing/China
Employment – full time

Key Responsibility

• Overall Contract management for BMW customer
  -Letter of Intent
  -Dealer Agreement;
  -Renewal Letter of Dealer Agreement;
  -Termination Letter of closed projects;


• Dealer legal entity related issues:
  -New dealer set-up;
  -Dealer name change;


• Communicate with related functions to clarify the process of dealer contract issues;


• Prepare the Authorization Letter to dealer as requested;


• Other tasks assigned by line manager

Qualification

• Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent


• Good communication skill both in Chinese and English


• Very good team player


• Skilled with Microsoft office especially powerpoint


• Good business sense and problem solving skill


• Be able to work under pressure and high commitment to assigned task.


• Good leadership skills towards external parties, effective resources and multi tasks management


• 1- 3 years working experience in contract Management related job while with at least one year in contract management
