Main responsibilities:

*Inspection plans for routine inspection and ad-hoc inspection on routine operations of branches and sub-branches, assist further prevention of operating risks in routine operations of branches and sub-branches.

*Follow up on corrective actions and improvements over operating risk incidents in the banking operations and provide guidance

*Formulate and update internal control regulations relating to operations and provide guidance for operations of branches and sub-branches.

*Routinely provide training on incident and case prevention in operations and continuously enhance risk awareness among operations employees.

*Attend department meetings of operations at branches and promptly propose targeted measures for prevention of risks.

*To perform other tasks assigned by the supervisors.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's Degree or above with major in Ecnomics or banking related area.

*5 years or above banking experience on operations or internal auditor/internal control.

*Proficient user of office software.

*Good communications skill.
